These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gene Convery Endurance Academy ("GCEA") website and coaching services. By purchasing a coaching plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
GCEA provides personalised endurance running coaching services, including training programs, online consultations, educational content, and access to the members area. The specific scope of services depends on your chosen coaching plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
By purchasing our services, you confirm that:
GCEA coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program. You participate in all training activities at your own risk.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Each plan is billed monthly from sign-up, with no lock-in, and you can cancel at any time. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the agreed billing schedule.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your coaching services until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Refund requests for monthly payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a billing date if a genuine service failure has occurred. To request a refund, contact contact@geneconvery.com.
GCEA reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship at any time if a client engages in abusive, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, a pro-rata refund for unused days may be issued at our discretion.
Every coaching plan includes The 4-Week Fit Check. You train with Gene for 4 weeks. At week 4 you attend a Fit Check call to review what has changed, what is working, and where your training is heading.
If you have done the work and you are not happy, tell Gene on that call and we will refund your first month's fee in full.
